Welcome! I'm Cassandra, founder of Coffee & Contracts Notary Services LLC.

Born and raised in Northwest Colorado, I've had the opportunity to live in several communities throughout the state, as well as Portland, Oregon, and the Dallas, Texas area before returning home to Colorado. These experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the people, relationships, and sense of community that make Colorado such a special place.

I'm happily married to my wonderful husband and am a proud mother of two, with another little one on the way. As a wife and busy mom, I understand the importance of convenience, reliability, and compassionate service during life's most important moments.

My professional background includes nonprofit management and, most recently, commercial property management—experiences that strengthened my commitment to organization, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. Today, as a commissioned Colorado Notary Public and certified signing agent, I'm dedicated to providing accurate, confidential, and convenient notarization services. Whether we meet at your home, office, healthcare facility, or a favorite local coffee shop, my goal is to make every signing smooth, stress-free, and handled with the utmost professionalism.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me baking fresh sourdough bread, exploring Colorado's beautiful trails, getting lost in a good book, or spending quality time with my large extended family.
